1. The methods and calculations used in these reports are the unbiased opinion of a professional Oregon Certified Appraiser.
2. All statements in the reports are considered true and correct.
3. Purchased Reports are provided at the request of an individual of their own free will and was not solicited for any predetermined reason.
4. The analysis, opinions and conclusions were developed based on the automotive experience of the assigned appraiser.
5. We may NOT make a physical inspection of the vehicle, which is the subject of any report, reports are based purely on the purchaser’s submitted information. Do not be intimidated or misinformed by an insurance company
6. The fees for any report is not contingent upon any value reflected in the report, and is charged solely for the purpose of compensating LOSSVALUES.com, the appraiser and their associates for their time, energy,costs and expenses associated with providing a report.
7. LossValues.com nor any of its associates have any financial interest in the property which was the subject of this evaluation.
8. LossValues.com assumes no liability for latent or manufacturing defects which may affect the value of the vehicle.
9. LossValues.com reserves the right to recall any report and amend it if there is any error or omission.
10. Total Loss Claims will be decided between appraisers and clients may not be notified before agreement with other appraiser.
11. All final numbers in supplied reports may be rounded to the nearest dollar amount.
12. Liability of any purchased report is limited to the actual price paid for the related product.
13. By purchasing a product from LOSSVALUES.com, DiminishedValue.net, DiminishedValueofOregon or Ken Nix, the purchaser agrees they are responsible for submitting the final estimate of record and all other requested documents to our staff. If an appraisal can not be completed due to the purchaser not providing complete, requested documentation e.g. the final estimate of record, photos, etc., no refund of any type will be issued even if a product is not produced or received by the purchaser.

Refund Policy.
All reports, estimates and/or assessments are provided to assist parties in determining an approximate diminution of value to a vehicle. There is no guarantee as to a specific outcome, or warranty as to the use of a report for a particular purpose. All reports are provided on an as is basis, therefore, no refunds will be issued with the exception of qualification of our Money Back Guarantee once an appraisal is ordered even if the appraisal can not be produced. In the event that a vehicle is determined after the acceptance of an assignment that there was a previous loss associated with the subject vehicle, the appraisal will be halted until prior loss values can be established. Additional appraisals may be needed to establish the prior losses and would need to be purchased before the appraisal can be completed. If an appraisal is terminated due to not being able to establish the prior loss value and its affect on the value in question, no refund will be issued, even if an appraisal is not produced. There is no guarantee of a specific outcome made by LossValues.com or its associates to our clients at any time. In order to keep the integrity of the report in tact, once the report is ordered/purchased LossValues.com will hold the final decision on whether a refund claim is valid and has met the condition(s) above and if a refund will be issue.

Cancellation Policy.
A client may cancel an in-process appraisal at any time. There is an minimum cancellation fee of $50.00 depending on how much research and/or time was applied to the project. This would be billed at $75 per hour up to the cost of the product. The cancellation fee must be paid before any refund is issued.

Money Back Guarantee
The “Money Back Guarantee” is a conditional agreement between the purchaser and LossValues.com, and its associates. The “Money Back Guarantee” only applies to the items purchased from diminishedvalue.net. Any additional expenses incurred in pursuing your claim based on this agreement or the documents purchased on LossValues.com do not apply. There is no Guarantee/warranty expressed or implied as to the final settlement amount of your claim. *The following Requirements must be met and the following documents submitted to receive a refund of the money paid for the appraisal, report or assessment:

• The purchaser must have made all documents requested available to LossValues.com by email in PDF form, if the purchaser does not make requested documents available to LossValues.com within 72 hours of ordering, no refund will be made, even if the appraisal/report or assessment has not been completed.
• Evidence of 2 Different Demand Letters sent to the At-fault driver and insurance company from the purchaser.
• 3 Different Denial Letters from the At-fault insurance company.
• Evidence of filing with the Department of Insurance in the State the loss occurred against the At-fault Insurance Co.
• Evidence of filing against the Plaintiff in Small Claims Court and the court’s determination.
• A letter from a Tax Attorney stating that you can not file for a loss on Taxes.
• All Reports/Assessments and/or Appraisals may take longer than expected due to research, waiting for documentation requested from purchaser, and/or additional repairs. No refund may be requested or issued until the appraisal has either been completed or has been determined by the appraiser that it can not be completed. If research has taken longer than expected, the client must submit a email requesting the appraisal to be completed within the next 5 business days before any claim may be established.

Refund Policy:
There is however, no guarantee of a specific outcome made by LossValues.com or its associates to our clients at any time. In order to keep the integrity of the report in tact, once the report is ordered/purchased LossValues.com will hold the final decision on whether a refund claim is valid and has met the condition(s) above and if a refund will be issue.

Special Situations where we will not refund your money even if you do not receive at least the cost of the appraisal and/or we do not produce a report:

  • It is determined that your vehicle has previous undisclosed damage. (Each collision must have a separate report and each additional report will be extra).
  • It is determined that your vehicle has previous undisclosed structural, unibody and/or frame damage. In which case, all guarantees are null and void.
  • The final estimate of record or other requested information and/or documentation is not provided to the appraiser by the purchaser of the appraisal.

LossValues.com has final say as to whether a refund will be issued or not. Please allow 30-90 days for refund processing after refund has been agreed upon.

All products must be purchased in advance of assignment. Payments are processed through Paypal and not on LossValues.com website for your security.
